Evaluation Plan Review and Gap Analysis

Districts interested in improving the quality of their teacher evaluation systems may submit their plans electronically. Using the INTASS Teacher Evaluation Plan Rubric, our team will evaluate the components and standards of your teacher evaluation plan and conduct a gap analysis, identifying areas of strength and need. A full report, including recommendations, will be provided to the district's teacher evaluation oversight committee.

Implementation Fidelity Assessment

The next step for districts interested in improving the quality of their teacher evaluation systems is to gauge the degree to which the plan is being implemented as written. Using the INTASS Evidence of Implementation Fidelity tool, our team will evaluate the fidelity of your teacher evaluation plan's implementation. A full report will be provided to the district's teacher evaluation oversight committtee.

Improving Plan Quality and Implementation Fidelity

The INTASS team provides on-site support as districts enhance the quality of their evaluation plans and increase fidelity of implementation. Based on the results from Evaluation Plan Review and Gap Analysis and/or Implementation Fidelity Assessment, our facilitators will help you to engage stakeholders in discussing alternatives, develop action plans, and implement the plans -- including training and technical support.

With Level 1 certification training, evaluators develop new awareness and understanding of best practices in teacher evaluation. we offer on-site practice and feedback that support evaluators to develop and refine new skills. Level 2 certification supports evaluators to develop and refine new skills through practice with feedback. Level 3 certification ensures that evaluators have mastered the knowledge and skills detailed in the INTASS Standards by providing them with coaching as they apply skills during an actual evaluation sequence over the course of one school year.

Teacher Leadership for Evaluation

Do teachers support each other in preparing for the evaluation process, gathering evidence, and planning for professional growth? Teachers who have developed their own readiness can take it to the next level by developing leadership skills for evaluation. We offer on-site practice and coaching that brings evaluators and teacher leaders together to develop and apply new skills. As evaluators pursue Level 2 certification, teachers work alongside them to enrich their own leadership skills.
